  I’ve mostly used job boards for contract or part-time work, but now I’m looking for something more stable. Can any Canadian job site really help me find full-time or long-term positions?

  In the past, I applied to a few sites and ended up getting mostly temporary job offers or recurring “gig-type” roles. While that’s sometimes fine, it’s not what I want now — I’m looking to build a career, not just fill in downtime. I need a job board that supports more than just short-term vacancies.

  After filtering several resources, I found a site that lists a variety of roles beyond temporary gigs. Partway through my search, I came across https://jobssite.ca/ , which offered both agency-based full-time positions and other long-term roles. This made it easier to focus on career-oriented opportunities and gave me confidence that the listings were active and legitimate.
