  Um der aufgrund des Coronavirus stark angeschlagenen Reisebranche unter die Arme zu greifen, arbeitet die Bundesregierung an einem Gesetzentwurf, der anstelle einer Erstattung des bereits gezahlten Reisepreises die Ausgabe von Gutscheinen ermöglicht. Ja der Reisebranche wird das vielleicht helfen, aber als Kunde/Verbraucher finde ich das unmöglich. Ich sollte die Option haben mein Geld zurückzukriegen.
